The VARIMAX WOSS 305/02 Decanter is a high performance Decanter Centrifuge especially designed for recycling of Fuel Oil Sludge.

The unit is based on the following unique components:
Spring mounted bearing system, permitting operation at a super-critical speed, resulting in operation without vibration, low noise level and long bearing life.

Double Helix Screw Conveyor, resulting in a significantly higher efficiency with regards to removal of solids than conventional Decanters.

Self-cleaning and adjustment-free Water/Oil Separation Unit.

Features:
High efficiency: Permits re-use of up to 98% of the oil component of the Fuel Oil Sludge. Only 1-2% Super Sludge to be landed. The removed water can be passed directly to the 100 ppm filters.

Fully automatic operation resulting in minimal work load.
